The Boudoir Process

I like to hop on a phone or zoom call to get to know you, hear about your vision, and answer any questions you have. I will go over everything from what to expect, to pricing, to products. When you are ready to move forward we will pick the perfect date for your session. I schedule boudoir sessions at 10 am starting with hair and make-up. You will receive a booking link for you to pay your session fee and sign your contract. You will also receive a questionnaire which helps me get to know you better!
1. Inquire
From the first time we speak, my goal is to put you at ease and make you feel comfortable with me. Trust with your photographer is incredibly important for boudoir sessions. Capturing such intimate details of you is a job I take seriously. My goal is to have you feel like an absolute goddess and leave my studio feeling like a sexy bad-ass.
2. Book your session
You're booked! Yay! You'll get a few emails from me, so be sure to take a look at all of those. You will get a prep-guide to ensure you have everything you need for your session and it gives you ideas for outfit options You will also get a questionnaire so I can get to know you better. We will then choose your package and set up your pre-payment plan. You are welcome to pay for your package in one lump sum, but most people break it up over the course of time leading up to the shoot!
3. your session
When you show up to your session, its glam time! You receive hair and makeup to make you feel like a super star. After that, its just you and I. We'll decide which outfits you'll wear and start your session. I have learned the best ways to pose every woman, as no two woman are the same. I will guide you through the session and demonstrate every pose, so don't stress if you've never done this before!
4. Your reveal
I invite you back for your big reveal about a week after your session. This is when we will return to the studio and I will have all of your final images up on the big screen in my gallery room. You will get to oogle over yourself in the all the photos, pick your favorites and finalize album design elements and wall art. My albums have gorgeous cover options such as leather or velvet. Also, imagine a piece of art of yourself up on the wall on canvas! OMGGG. These products are the perfect gift for a partner or to yourself. After you've ordered your collection, I get to work finalizing editing and ordering your products.
The session fee includes a pre-planning phone call, prep guide, complementary professional hair and make-up styling, as well as professional retouching of all the images and an in studio reveal appointment.

Ladies, I had my reveal this morning with Lexus. My entire experience with her has been fabulous. Lexus makes you feel so beautiful in your own skin. Her demeanor and encouragement made me feel so comfortable. We shared quite a few laughs too, such as me teetering around in my stilettos! Her use of lighting and her eye for catching the mood made for stunning photographs! It was so hard to choose. There are several different options for settings and plenty of natural light, Lexus takes advantage of that and captures amazing scenes. If you are on the fence about trying this, DO! You’ll be so happy you did.

I had always wanted to do a Boudoir photoshoot but was always super nervous to try it. I found Lexus inadvertently on FB and decided to try it.
